We are currentlyseeking experienced Project Managers to join our teams based in London andCambridge.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the daily managementof our commercial fit-out projects, which range in value from £500K to over£15M. You will oversee the client journey from start to finish and have aproven track record of delivering successful projects. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing a multi-disciplinary team and subcontractors.
  • Overseeing project programs, design, qualitymanagement, and health and safety throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationshipswith clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience at the Project Manager level.
  • Experience in commercial fit-out.
  • A background in trade, technical, or a relevantdegree is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering fit-outprojects.
  • Experience acting as an on-site clientrepresentative/liaison.
  • Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary siteteam.
  • Experience in handling day-to-day operationalissues effectively.Competence in managing on-site contractors toensure they meet deadlines and expectations.
  • Skills in cost control and progress reporting.
  • Experience attending and leading client andprofessional team meetings.
  • Conducting regular site reviews, includingsafety audits, daily activity audits, and snags management.
  • Proficiency in project planning and schedulingusing planning software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safetymanagement, including the preparation of risk assessments and method statementsfor site tasks.
  • Awareness of noise control and health and safetyregulations.
  • Experience in neighbourhood relationshipmanagement; knowledge of the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is desirablebut not essential.
  • Ability to conduct inspections of contractorwork, including tasks that may require working at heights or climbingscaffolds.
  • Capable of preparing closeout schedules,including operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience inthe work-winning process, including bids and interviews.
