What we are recruiting forWe are seeking Project Managers with built environment experience to work on public sector projects.
Roles & responsibilities- Determine project management, technical services, and external resources needed for each project.
- Collaborate with construction managers and external teams to ensure successful project delivery, communicating strategies effectively.
- Manage consultant teams and stakeholders, overseeing project scope, fees, claims, and variations.
- Display strong communication and negotiation skills to support client relationships.
- Maintain the program schedule, proactively addressing delays with acceleration measures.
- Create design and authority programs aligned with procurement and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of design phases in accordance with project milestones.
- Assist in sequencing, methodology, and planning activities.
- Experience delivering complex projects within operational environments.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or construction disciplines.
- Knowledge of construction and property industries, including estimating, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and financial reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in a recognized consulting firm.
