Project Manager (Construction)

As a Construction Fit-Out Project Manager, you will oversee the full delivery of a high-spec fit-out project from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring seamless coordination between design teams, subcontractors, and clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, programming, and execution of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitoring site progress, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Managing client relationships and ensuring specifications and expectations are met.
• Enforcing health & safety standards and ensuring full compliance with regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (or Senior Site/Contracts Manager) on high-spec commercial or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
