Project Manager -Clare

DOE: €80k - €90k

Overview

Our client, a main contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of construction projects in County Clare. Candidates with experience delivering commercial developments within a main contractor environment will be particularly well suited to this role.

Job Summary
  • Manage projects through all stages including planning, procurement, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale new build commercial developments.
  • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and design teams to clarify project requirements and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation, company procedures, and quality standards across all project activities.
  • Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme targets and high construction quality standards.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Project Review meetings.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Management.
  • 7+ years' experience with a main contractor is desired.
  • Excellent knowledge of current building regulations and construction best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail & keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Experience managing projects across a range of construction sectors is advantageous.
