Job Description Organize and monitor projects related to chemical and environmental management (e.g., waste reduction, substitution of hazardous substances, surface treatment processes) Design and participate in the acquisition of equipment Provide the technical expertise necessary to solve plating or rinsing problems Carry out technological monitoring on chemistry-environment topics Ensure communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders Prepare reports, project documentation, and technical documents related to the projects Write and maintain work instructions related to the subjects addressed Lead follow-up meetings and ensure reporting to managers Audit plating and rinsing processes Profile Holder of a diploma from a technical HES school in the field of chemistry (or equivalent title) Minimum of 5 years of project management experience Experience in the industry would be a plus Analytical and synthetic mindset Knowledge of plating Social, rigorous, and able to work in a team Languages Workplace La Chaux-de-Fonds Contact Person jidfc004feaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
