Project Manager and PMO Lead

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager and PMO Lead to support the delivery of Housing Solutions' systems, technology and service improvement programme. This role provides both hands on project management and wider PMO coordination, ensuring that multiple projects - including those with a strong data focus - are planned, sequenced and delivered in a controlled, transparent and effective way.

You'll develop and maintain the master programme plan, manage concurrent projects, and ensure each initiative progresses through clearly defined stages with appropriate readiness and business involvement. You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners to keep work aligned, manage dependencies and maintain delivery momentum.

A key part of the role involves strengthening project governance and delivery discipline - establishing consistent ways of working, maintaining oversight of risks, issues and decisions, and ensuring changes to scope or timelines are managed in a controlled way. You'll also support readiness, testing, go live activity and early life support to ensure smooth transitions into operational use.
