Project Manager
Location: Blackpool (once a week in office)
Salary: Up to £55,000
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering fast-track rollout, fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
Essential Experience
- Current Project Manager within a fit-out, shopfitting or refurbishment business.
- Experience delivering framework and rollout projects.
- Restaurant fit-out and refurbishment experience.
- High street retail experience.
- Currently working within this sector.
- Experience delivering fast-track projects.
- Structured career history.
- Traditional construction background, ideally from a trade.
Preferred Background
- Shopfitting contractors.
- Restaurant fit-out businesses.
- Family-owned or privately owned businesses.
- Similar-sized businesses delivering fast-track rollout projects.
Project Examples
Typical projects include fast-track refurbishments such as a 3-week coffee shop refit within a cinema concession environment.
Projects are delivered nationwide, with candidates ideally based within a commutable distance of Blackpool.
