Project Manager

We are recruitingfor an experienced ICT Project Manager to join a large, complex organisationdelivering business-critical technology projects. This role offers theopportunity to manage a varied portfolio of ICT initiatives, working withstakeholders across multiple departments to drive change, improve services anddeliver successful project outcomes.

The Role
You will beresponsible for leading small to medium-sized ICT projects from initiationthrough to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget andto agreed quality standards. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders,suppliers and technical teams to coordinate project activities, manage risksand support organisational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of ICT projects.
• Develop project plans, business cases and progress reports.
• Manage project budgets, resources, risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Support service transition and operational readiness activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice project management.

What We're Looking For
You will have:

• At least 3 years' project management experience within a large organisation alongside a relevant degree/professional qualification, or 4+ years' project management experience without a degree.
• Experience delivering ICT projects with budgets exceeding £50,000.
• Experience using recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or similar.
• Previous team leadership or staff management experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
