Project Manager needed in Crewe Paying £24.92 per hr ref
Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation and change projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and resource plans.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Apply recognised project management and change management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce and maintain key project documentation including:
- Project Initiation Documents (PIDs)
- Project Plans
- Risk and Issue Registers
- Benefits Realisation Plans
- Progress Reports
- Change Control Documentation
- Provide regular updates to project boards, programme boards and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and approval processes.
- Build effective relationships with senior leaders, service managers and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and support decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout project delivery.
- Escalate risks, issues and dependencies through appropriate governance routes.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support service redesign and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure proposed changes deliver measurable efficiencies and service improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice approaches across projects.
- Coordinate commissioning, procurement and commercial activity.
- Support commercialisation and business development initiatives.
- Monitor project expenditure and financial performance.
- Track financial and non-financial benefits throughout project implementation. Risk & Performance Management
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance against agreed KPIs and objectives.
- Ensure effective controls are in place to support successful delivery.
- Support benefits realisation and post-implementation reviews.
