INFORM3 are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major ground engineering project in Norway. The role will involve managing the site team, program, subcontractors, resources and day-to-day project delivery from mobilisation through completion.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for site/project delivery.


• Manage site teams, subcontractors and plant.


• Plan and monitor works against programme.


• Coordinate engineering, groundworks and construction activities.


• Manage resources, materials and logistics.


• Monitor costs, progress and productivity.


• Lead site meetings and coordinate with the wider project team.


• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements.


• Manage project documentation, reporting and handover.


• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Project Manager within civils, groundworks or ground engineering.


• Strong leadership and project management skills.


• Experience managing teams, subcontractors and plant.


• Strong understanding of construction programmes and delivery.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.


• Willingness to work on a long-term project in Norway.


• Relevant construction/civil engineering qualifications preferred.
