INFORM3 are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction team delivering a range of high-quality commercial projects across Dublin.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and interiors, with proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Take responsibility for programme, budget, procurement and resources.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting.
• Monitor progress and manage programme requirements.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage project quality, Health & Safety and compliance.
• Manage variations, costs and commercial aspects.
• Work closely with the site team to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee snagging, completion and final handover.

Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Proven experience delivering commercial projects.
• Strong project planning, procurement and commercial management skills.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management experience.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and programmes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant construction qualification.
