The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day management and successful delivery of construction projects.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor project programmes, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain progress.
• Provide regular reporting on project performance, milestones and deliverables.

The Person:

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction sector.
• Strong track record delivering residential, student accommodation, mixed-use or commercial developments.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.
• Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification preferred.
