Job Description
We're looking to add an experienced Security Project Manager to our team at Chubb in Dublin, with semi regular travel into Europe. The role is a key part of the Chubb Ireland Project Management team, overseeing end to end planning, delivery and execution of major security system installation projects on time and within budget in Ireland and continental Europe.

- Project Management:
- Manage all aspects of the project life cycle.
- Work closely with commercial and operations teams to mitigate and manage risk.
- Ensure technical compliance with in country standards and established practices.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop project plans and best practice tools.
- Direct and manage projects from initiation to completion within the programme.
- Technical Understanding:
- Good working knowledge of electronic security systems and installation methodologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
- Understanding of 3rd party standards and local industry compliance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical design and building services.
- Ability to review and technically approve calculations and designs.
- Project Accounting:
- Create and maintain project invoicing, cost, revenue and cash forecasts.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed budgeted financial objectives.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes.
- Team Coaching & Management:
- Coach and manage individual local project team members.
- Support ongoing development through PFT, training and development.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Manage the team's ethics, quality and EH&S requirements.
- Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with EH&S policies.
- Maintain a safe work environment on site and off site.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits.
- Graduated with a relevant degree (or equivalent).
- Proven track record in the design and installation of electronic security systems.
- Evidence of understanding of electrical and mechanical installation of building services.
- Successful project management experience.
- Hands on approach to business process improvement and best practice sharing.
- Expertise in electronic security systems and knowledge of M&E and/or building services.
