Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Lift Installation team in Gateshead, primarily covering the North East, with opportunities to support projects across the wider region.

• Accountable for project scope, cost and schedule management, delivering projects within contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, CSE Design and QS teams to drive project success.
• Manage and support a team of two Testers within a wider team of 14 engineers, ranging from apprentices to experienced specialists.
• Deliver projects using the latest KONE technologies.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio from small modernisations to large scale new build projects across retail, leisure and infrastructure sectors.
• Maintain daily contact with clients, subcontractors and KONE colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration across all parties.
• Primarily cover the North East region with the flexibility to support projects across the wider area.

• Proven project management experience, ideally within the lift industry; engineering or construction backgrounds also considered.
• Full UK driver's licence.
