Project Manager About Your New Job as Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading and coordinating key projects that drive the company's operational and regional success.

  • You will execute and communicate the delivery of critical digital or web projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • As the main liaison between the EPMO and operational stakeholders, you will coordinate project activity and deliver milestones that align with strategic objectives.
  • You will be responsible for end to end project planning, milestone tracking, maintaining project documentation, and creating/maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
  • You'll report project performance using key KPIs, handle cross functional and multi time zone collaboration, and become a super user of project management software.
  • You are adept at relationship building, effective resource allocation, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at all stages of the project lifecycle.
What Skills You Need as Project Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years' proven experience delivering projects across technology, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • PMI certification an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools.
  • Hands on experience delivering projects via waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross functionally and with diverse teams.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with shifting priorities and rapid change.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.
