Project Manager

Permanent Full-time Field & Office Based

Our client is a growing and forward thinking organisation operating within the retrofit and building upgrade sector, delivering energy efficiency projects across residential and multi unit developments. With increasing demand for heat pump and retrofit installations, they are continuing to expand their project delivery team.

Due to this growth, our client is now seeking an experienced Retrofit Project Manager to join their team, based in Dublin.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing multiple retrofit projects simultaneously, overseeing delivery from installation through to completion. This is a hands on project management role, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple retrofit projects concurrently
• Overseeing installation works, including heat pumps and building upgrades
• Coordinating and managing subcontractors across different project sites
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to specification
• Acting as the main point of contact for installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance on site
• Resolving on site issues and driving projects through to completion

Projects are primarily based in and around the Dublin area.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with:

• A background in mechanical, construction, roofing, or retrofit environments
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong experience coordinating and managing subcontractors
• Exposure to installation led projects (heat pumps experience highly advantageous)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full driving licence
• Candidate will be commutable to Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Meath
