Purpose of Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically £50k to £1m+)
• Manage construction, M&E, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sites
• Coordinate project delivery across lifecycle - planning, governance, financial control, and risk management
• Work closely with Commercial, PMO and Senior Project Managers, reporting to the Project Sector Lead
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and KPI achievement
• Manage subcontractor packages and procurement
• Preparation of tenders

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Proven project management experience in property, infrastructure, or M&E sectors
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations
• SC cleared or willing to obtain
• BPSS is the basic requirement
