Project Manager

We're looking for a collaborative and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and support a range of change initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with our Business Process Optimisation Team and contributing to our ERP system project, this role will play an important part in shaping how new systems, processes, and ways of working are introduced across the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of business change projects across multiple areas of the organisation
• Work closely with Business Process Optimisation Managers, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to progress system and process improvements
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery plans aligned to strategic priorities
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and governance meetings to ensure alignment and project momentum
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and maintain clear reporting to senior stakeholders
• Support the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across the business

About You

• You'll have delivered business change or transformation projects within a complex organisation, managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Some level of recognized project management qualification is essential.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills and can build relationships at all levels.
• You're experienced in supporting or delivering IT change with exposure to system or ERP environments.
• You are familiar with several delivery methodologies and can tailor delivery methods to suit the business and project needs.
• Your communication and facilitation skills enable you to run workshops, engage stakeholders, and present clear updates to a range of audiences.
• You are proactive, collaborative, resilient, and motivated by delivering meaningful change.
• A certification or formal training in Change Management would be desirable.
