Job Type: Permanent
An established modular construction business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from manufacturing through to site installation and final handover. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring buildings are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About You:- Previous experience on high value modular build projects is essential
- Good understanding of manufacturing to construction projects
- Previous experience of working on Healthcare projects
- Experience of groundworks
- Exceptional planning and commercial awareness
- Usual site tickets CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Previous experience as a number one Project Manager
- Client facing
- Competitive salary / rate
