Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Platforms& Aggregation Services
Work Hours:7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Managerto lead and coordinate multipledigital platform cleanup and enhancement projects, as well as aggregationservice initiatives. This role requires strong project management,facilitation, and documentation skills to ensure timely delivery of milestonesand successful execution of deliverables across diverse teams.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Manageand oversee multiple concurrent projects related to digital architecture,platform cleanup, and enhancements.
- Coordinatedeliverables across teams and track project milestones to ensure on-timedelivery.
- Facilitateproject meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups arecompleted.
- Maintaincomprehensive documentation of project plans, decisions, timelines, andstatus updates.
- Workclosely with stakeholders to align priorities and remove roadblocks.
- Ensurecompliance with organizational processes and best practices.
- Performadditional project-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills& Qualifications:
- Relevantproject management experience (5 years).
- Experiencehandling healthcare customers or working on healthcare-related digitalprojects.
- Strongfacilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Abilityto manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellentdocumentation and organizational skills.
- Familiaritywith digital platforms, architecture concepts, and web-based services(preferred).
- PMP orother project management certification preferred.
- Abilityto work with teams across time zones, with availability to overlap withCST business hours.
