We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as first point of contact for any project-related matter
- Organize workshops to define the project scope and roles & responsibilities
- Design and maintain process models, diagrams, charts
- Outline budget based on requirements
- Develop and execute project work plans in order to achieve strategic and operational goals
- Identify risks, issues and put mitigation plans in action, escalate when needed
- Lead cross-functional teams internally and externally (analyst, client, sponsor, executive etc.) to ensure project scope and deliverables are on track
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Facilitate regular meetings to monitor tasks / issues / quality / budget, keep stakeholders up-to-date and manage expectations; create reports for senior management
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
- Develop and implement resourcing schedule to ensure workforce coverage (both internal and external); ensure all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively
- Track and report financial status of a project against current estimate, highlighting potential overruns before they occur
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in management engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in project management and team management
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent planning & organisational skills including multi-tasking and time management
- Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Strong client-facing, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate to multiple teams in different time zones in effective manner
- Result-oriented, pro-active individual with strong sense of ownership
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required
