Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of large, complex, and strategic IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and rigorous change control.
• Estimate project costs, timelines, and resources to deliver within defined terms of reference.
• Develop and execute project strategies, define and review deliverables, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Track project progress through quality and project plans; prepare detailed status and progress reports.
• Engage in functional working groups, steering committees, and progress meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Inspire and lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Supervise and guide the work of internal and external teams; review technical and business deliverables.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex IT and digital transformation projects.
• Advanced technical knowledge across software development and infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, Disciplined Agile).
• High proficiency with project tracking and management tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, MS Project, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills - both technical and business-focused.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in diverse, cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of business modeling using UML and BPMN.

Technical Environment & Tools

• Methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, PM , PM Agile
• Agile Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean
• Tools: Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), GitHub, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow

Certifications (Required - At least one):

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
• PM or PM Agile
• PMI Project Management Certification
• COBIT 5
