Project Manager

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Schedule and supervise all projects assigned to successful completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

• Represent the Paul Davis Restoration principles of honesty and integrity professionally.
• Coordinate with Estimating/Sales personnel to prepare work orders for new projects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with property owners.
• Schedule work including pre-construction meetings, sequencing, timing, master scheduling, and trades assignments.
• Ensure projects start promptly.
• Secure necessary permits and schedule inspections.
• Manage work orders and employee assignments.
• Inspect projects for progress and maintain documentation.
• Uphold professionalism concerning workmanship, homeowner relations, safety, cleanliness, and conduct of tradespeople.
• Manage projects towards timely completion.
• Coordinate with associates and CSR regarding project status and conditions.
• Handle complaints professionally.
• Oversee punch list completion, obtain completion certificates, and collect payments when applicable.
• Finalize project files for closing and work with estimators to ensure timely payment collection.
• Strive for excellent performance metrics in margins, schedule, and insurance scorecards.
