Senior Project Manager - Civils Package (Data Centre Build)

Location: Eemshaven, Netherlands

Contract: Full-time Immediate Start

ECC Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive the civils package on a major data centre construction project. We're looking for a boots-on-the-ground leader - someone who thrives on delivering complex works, leads from the front, and knows how to get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

1:Take full ownership of the civils package - from planning and sequencing to execution and delivery

2:Work closely with client teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, on budget, and to spec

3:Manage site teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met

4:Proactively identify and resolve issues, driving solutions and mitigating risks

5:Report progress, manage commercial and programme aspects, and keep stakeholders informed

6:Champion health & safety best practices across the site

Your Profile:

1:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading civils and groundworks packages on large-scale construction projects

2:Strong on delivery - a "boots on the ground" leader, visible and accountable on site

3:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

4:Data centre project experience is a bonus, but solid civils PM experience is a must

5:Ability to lead teams under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments
