Description We are looking for people to join our fantastic team at Somerset House Trust. As the home of cultural innovators, the Trust connects creativity and the arts with the broader society.

Somerset House pursues a 'Step Inside, Think Outside' spirit and is born from the creative community we nurture - the experience and perspectives we host across background, age, race, and stage, and the intersections and crossovers we encourage.

We are embarking on an ambitious data transformation project aimed at significantly improving how we understand and engage with our audiences and operate as a business. This role has been created to lead the delivery of that transformation, with a focus on how we collect, manage, present and analyse data to drive smarter, more strategic planning across the organisation. At the heart of the project is a commitment to deepening our audience insight capabilities, with an aim to enable more informed decision-making, more targeted engagement strategies, and a more agile response to evolving audience needs. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in steering this work, coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and managing timelines, budgets, and outputs to ensure successful delivery. This is a key strategic role that will shape how data underpins our future planning and impact.

This is a fixed term contract, planned to be for 18 months duration, although this is subject to change.
What we are looking for:
  • Manage a programme of work to transform the Trust's approach to managing and using data, expanding the depth and quality of data, and its utilisation, to enable data-informed decision making.
  • Enable the analysis of behavioural trends and consumer data to help refine messaging, optimise campaigns, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • To deliver projects to time, budget and quality requirements via the application of agreed Project Management tools, techniques and expertise.
  • To identify and manage key dependencies
