The Role:

• Site-Based Project Manager leading a £7m luxury residential scheme
• 100% site-based position in Islington
• Full responsibility for day-to-day site management
• Managing and driving construction programmes
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Ensuring the highest standards of quality, health & safety
• Working closely with a project-based Quantity Surveyor
