Job Description

What are we looking for?

  • Lead the Operations workstream for implementing new markets / new products
    • Represent Operations in the project team
    • Identify dependencies with other workstreams
    • Identify, structure and follow up on Operations tasks for the project
    • Alignment with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Lead and implement Operations project (e.g. Infrastructure projects; Tenders; Improvement projects)
    • Define project scope and Secure project resources and timelines, budgets and development of counter measures in case of deviation
    • Establishing performance and impact measurements to allow benchmarking, and continuous improvement
    • Definition of KPI's regarding projects and selected suppliers
    • Identify, structure and follow up on Operations tasks for the project
    • Alignment with internal and external partners and stakeholders
  • Capacity planning and prioritizing of assigned projects
  • Lead and support project implementation across all Vorwerk companies
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders at various levels
  • Secure commitment and alignment with all Vorwerk companies
  • All other tasks assigned by manager
  • Travelling up to 25% can be expected



Your Profile

  • Academic background with Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics and/or Management
  • 2-3 years experience in a Logistics function preferably in consumer goods or relevant industries.
  • Project Management & Analytical skills
  • Good ERP knowledge, SAP is beneficial
  • Fluent in English and preferably German, any other European language of advantage
  • Team oriented with good intercultural skills
  • Strong negotiations, communication and presentations skills
  • Analytical and data-driven with the ability to structure complex issues
  • Resilient and target oriented
