Project Manager - Nature Recovery

Senior role for a commercially aware project professional with experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.

Location

Gloucestershire (near Bourton-on-the-Water). The role is office based; candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of nature recovery and land management projects, including Higher Tier Stewardship applications.
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver strong environmental and commercial outcomes.
• Support and line manage junior team members as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in project and land management.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Genuine interest in the rural sector, particularly working with farmers and landowners.
• Commercial awareness and ability to deliver complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• A project management qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.
