INFORM3 are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction and civil engineering projects throughout Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within German project environments is advantageous.
• German language skills advantageous; English proficiency required.
