The National Lottery Heritage Fund are kindly supporting us with a grant of £103,000 enabling us to work with 240 Year 5 students from Primary Schools across Walsall. Together we will research, write and publish an illustrated biography of Sister Dora - complete with ebook, audio book and website.
Responsibilities- Lead the Sharing Sister Dora project from January 2026 until March 2027 with an evaluation period until June 2027.
- Coordinate activities to work with 240 Year 5 students from primary schools across Walsall.
- Research, write and publish an illustrated biography of Sister Dora, including an ebook, audiobook and website.
- Experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience as a Creative Learning Practitioner.
The fixed term contract is based on 3 days per week (22.5 hours) during term times for 15 months, then 1 day per week (7.5 hours) during the 3 month evaluation period. We are happy to discuss other arrangements if they work for the project.
The salary is £30,000 per annum pro rata with a company pension, paid holidays, health scheme and tickets to our shows.
