Project Manager - EPOS / Retail Helpdesk 
Location: East Midlands
Industry: IT
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + pension, health, 25 days leave
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee all IT Systems projects that fall outside of software development. Projects include EPOS/POS, infrastructure, networking, helpdesk, and retail merchandising solutions. Based out of East Midlands, the role involves weekly client visits and uses Prince II methodology.
Responsibilities- Manage internal and client driven Retail IT projects ranging from 1-6 months.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, including helpdesk, POS and adhoc client initiatives.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
- Maintain client expectations and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Work independently and drive team performance.
- Experience as a Project Manager on Retail IT Systems projects.
- Experience in EPOS/POS implementation, infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk solutions.
- Familiarity with Prince II methodology (preferred). Formal qualification not required.
- Strong external client facing experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competitive salary £50,000 £55,000 per annum.
