Job Description
Project Manager Engineer - Electrotechnics Vadec SA is a private company of public interest responsible for waste management in the Jura Arc. Active in all stages of waste management, the company positions itself as a major center of expertise in contributing to the development of our new project Vadec_evolution. Vadec SA is looking for a: ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER - ELECTROTECHNICS Responsibilities: • Ensure the role of general project manager with a focus on electronics / EMRS, responsible for the overall technical design, the coherence of solutions, and technical arbitration. • Lead electrotechnical industrial projects, EMRS, and energy-related projects linked to major revisions of our retrofits as well as to the Vadec_evolution and COL_evolution projects. • Define technical needs, establish concepts, and validate supervision architectures with internal resources. • Lead studies, develop and propose techniques aimed at optimizing energy performance and managing energy flows. • Maintain technological monitoring in EMRS and integrate relevant evolutions. • Support maintenance sectors during critical moments or technical shutdowns. • Actively contribute to projects by ensuring the enforcement of hygiene and safety principles as well as anticipating risk analysis. • Define, control, and respect costs and profiles: • HES/EPF engineer in electrotechnics or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years of experience in EMRS/electrotechnical projects. • Strong writing skills in French. • Other languages used: English (level B2 or C1) and German (level B2: advantageous). • Excellent ability to analyze, challenge, and validate solutions (PLC/DCS/SCADA). • Very good decision-making abilities and stress management skills. • Autonomous, flexible, and methodical. • Experience in public markets (an advantage).
