The Opportunity

An experienced Project Manager is required to lead a £9m demolition project in Oxford, taking responsibility for programme, commercial oversight, and site delivery.

The Project

A demolition-focused scheme requiring careful planning, stakeholder coordination, and safe execution within agreed timeframes.

The Role

You will oversee the project from mobilisation through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall project leadership and delivery

  • Programme planning and progress reporting

  • Managing site teams and subcontractors

  • Commercial and cost control

  • Client and stakeholder liaison

About You

  • Proven Project Manager experience on demolition projects

  • Strong programme and commercial awareness

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • SMSTS and CSCS essential
