I'm working with a leading Commercial Refurbishment contractor delivering major cut and carve projects up to £60m.

They're after a Project Manager to lead on large, complex refurb schemes, managing multiple stakeholders and keeping delivery sharp across programme, cost and quality. This is a step up for someone ready to take on serious project value and genuine responsibility.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading cut and carve refurb projects up to £60m

• Managing site teams, subcontractors and client relationships

• Owning programme, commercial and quality control

• Reporting into senior leadership with full project ownership
