Who we're looking for

We're on the hunt for a proactive, organised, and creative Project Manager with a scientific or medical background-or a strong affinity for these fields-and a passion for communication and learning. You'll play a key role in coordinating projects and promoting them through smart communication strategies.

You'll be the bridge between subject matter experts, clients, and creatives-ensuring high-quality outcomes and building lasting relationships.

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant domain (e.g., education, healthcare, scientific communication, marketing or project coordination)
  • Excellent English writing skills - you're confident drafting articles, emails, and short promotional texts
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • A hands-on attitude and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfort with digital tools and willingness to learn new platforms (tech-savviness is a must!)
  • Interest in the healthcare/scientific field and a genuine desire to make a difference
What you'll do

You'll work closely with our senior project manager at first, then take on projects independently. Over time, you'll grow into mentoring roles and shape our internal processes.

Your role includes:

  • Project management (30%): from idea to outcome-webinars, e-learnings, campaigns, more
  • Marketing and promotion (30%): write sharp, engaging messages to drive attention and action
  • Sub-contractor coordination (10%): manage creative collaborators (designers, video editors, translators )
  • Expert liaison (10%): help researchers and clinicians deliver the content we need
  • Logistics (10%): manage speaker and participant communications
  • Accreditation support (5%) and internal coordination (5%)

You may also contribute to writing new project proposals.

Bonus points if you have
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Hands-on experience with instructional design or e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline
  • Experience working with subject matter experts
  • Familiarity with Learning or Content Management Systems
You are
  • A team player with an independent streak
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Passionate about meaningful communication and lifelong learning
What we offer
  • A full-time, open-ended contract
  • Gross salary from €3,250-€4,100 depending on experience
  • Extra cash (€125/month), meal vouchers, health insurance, pension plan & a profit-sharing bonus
  • A coaching & development trajectory-including budget for training and events
  • Flexible hybrid setup (Brussels-based, up to 2 days/week telework)
  • A vibrant workplace at Silversquare Europe, near metro Trône
  • A chance to shape the future of a growing company with purpose
Start date:

Ideally September 2025, but we're flexible through November.
