Project Management Team Residential Developments Dublin City, Dublin County, Meath & Kildare €Negotiable + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Company Car ICDS has been retained by a Tier 1 residential developer to recruit a Project Management team for the design and construction of large-scale residential developments across Dublin City and County, as well as Meath and Kildare, on both sides of the M50 corridor. These projects include high-rise apartment schemes in Dublin s Docklands alongside traditional housing and low-rise residential developments throughout the greater Dublin region. We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record working with leading developers and main contractors. Multiple senior and mid-level roles are available, including: • Project Manager • Site Manager • Quantity Surveyor • Site Engineer • General Foreman / Site Agent • Safety Officer Successful candidates will have proven experience in residential construction and a strong understanding of project delivery from design through to handover.
