We are searching for a Project Management Support Officerto establish and embed project delivery standards and governance across a fast-paced, decentralised organisation.
This role is not about creating a traditional PMO function but about introducing structure - frameworks, toolkits, and controls - to bring discipline and visibility to project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and embed project governance, toolkits, and delivery standards
- Support project scoping, planning, and delivery alongside the Senior BA
- Drive adoption of delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, P3O, Agile)
- Coordinate cross-functional business change and requirements
- Improve visibility of project status, risks, and resource use
- Experience in a PMO, Project Support, or Project Officer role
- Strong grasp of delivery lifecycles, governance, and change
- Confident engaging technical and non-technical teams
- Familiar with P3O, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks
