Project Lead

Project Lead required to join one of Ireland's largest Tier 1 Main Contractors to work on a Data Centre project in North West Dublin.The Project Lead will report into the Project Director for the and will be responsible for the overall delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, budget, and schedule from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor milestones, procurement, and equipment schedules to prevent delays and maintain progress.
• Review construction proposals, cost estimates, invoices, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Support design-build decisions, project controls, and client handover including close-out documentation and warranties.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10 Years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
• Excellent commercial awareness and project financial management.
• IT Skills - Microsoft Office Packages.
