Introduction

Are you passionate about driving the industrialization of cutting-edge, complex high-tech systems? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural engineering environment, working with highly skilled professionals from various domains? If you're ready to take ownership of delivery performance and contribute to the readiness of next-generation technology platforms, this role is for you.

About the Role

As Project Lead for System Industrialization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-sectoral industrialization efforts for a next-generation high-tech platform. You will operate at system level, ensuring that new products meet the required standards for availability, serviceability, and manufacturability-key parameters for enabling High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) and efficient field service.

You will act as the Main Delivery Owner (MDO), a role comparable to a junior Project Leader, with end-to-end ownership of industrialization deliverables in close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the industrialization readiness of new product platforms, focusing on system-level performance for availability and serviceability.
  • Drive progress on Service Action Readiness and System Maturity Status (SMS) metrics in alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, and customer support teams to ensure aligned industrialization plans and timely execution.
  • Report project status and performance (MTBF, diagnostics, KPIs) following defined governance (e.g., PGP process).
  • Influence functional clusters and project teams across disciplines to achieve key deliverables.
  • Manage internal stakeholders from engineering, factory operations, and field service.
  • Provide structured feedback and input to Program Management, Systems Engineering, and senior leadership.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Systems Engineering).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary, technical project environment.
  • Comfortable navigating a broad technical scope, including software, mechanics, electronics, and system-level integration.
  • Proven experience in project leadership and stakeholder management within complex technology organizations.
  • Preferred: Experience with system availability, diagnostics, and reliability engineering.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams.
