About Our Client 
Bank located in Midtown.
Job Description- Conduct independent credit analysis for new transactions, amendments, waivers, and portfolio reviews within project and infrastructure finance
- Assess key risk factors including structure, contractual frameworks, cash flow resilience, counterparty risk, and downside scenarios
- Provide effective challenge to first line underwriting assumptions, financial models, and risk mitigants
- Prepare concise, well reasoned credit opinions and recommendations for internal approval committees
- Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and emerging risks across assigned sectors
- Contribute to the development and refinement of credit policies, risk frameworks, and underwriting standards
- Support stress testing, portfolio analytics, and thematic risk reviews as needed
- Collaborate with legal, front office, and risk colleagues while maintaining strong 2nd LoD independence

Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in project finance, infrastructure credit, or structured finance risk preferred, but other sectors are okay.
- Prior experience in a credit risk, risk management, or independent review function strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project finance structures, security packages, and contractual arrangements
- Proven ability to interpret and challenge complex financial models
- Experience reviewing large, long tenor, non recourse or limited recourse financings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Detail oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable exercising independent judgment
- Competitive salary ranging from $95000 to $145000 annually.
