Job Details:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review high-risk bids and proposals, determine equipment requirements and configurations, and produce installation estimates for new or variation works.
- Liaise with clients to agree on scope, site access, program, enabling works, and transition plans.
- Manage installation works, including documentation, programs, subcontractor requirements, material control, site access, installation, commissioning, handover, and as-built documentation.
- Control budgets and record variations for cost recovery, ensuring program and budget estimates are met in collaboration with Project Management.
- Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration across all Cubic teams.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve issues during bid responses, project engineering, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle and into maintenance.
- Work with the Installation Manager to develop the installation team through face-to-face training.
- Continuously improve the installation team via lessons learned and recommend changes.
- Devise and implement improvement programs for product development and technical transition.
- Maintain effective communication with senior management regarding technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership, motivation, and support to the installation team.
- Participate in design support and advise on product development.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and contractual regulations.
- Adhere to Cubic's values, policies, and procedures, including quality, security, and occupational health and safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager as reasonably required.
