Project Engineer

KB Contracting & Quarries have operated in Subdivision, Roading, Drainage and Earthwork sectors delivering work for large clients including private developers as well as their own self-delivery. They are growing their team with the onboarding of a capable Project Engineer .

The Project Engineer will be tasked with :

• Contract management of land development and infrastructure projects
• Planning and programming of works
• Managing onsite delivery of projects
• Contributing to accurately maintain budgets and estimates
• Understanding client needs and providing solutions
• Providing technical advice to the greater team
• Promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintaining relationships with clients and subcontractors.

To be considered for the role you will need 5 to 10 years' experience as a Civil / Site / Project Engineer and have a BE, NZCE or a Diploma in Civil Engineering and experience with a Tier 1 Civil Contractor. You'll have experience working with a tight knit team and delivering the whole lifecycle of projects. A proven communicator and problem solver.
