The Role

As Project Director, you will have full strategic and operational oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful handover. You will lead a high calibre team, manage multi million pound budgets, drive programme delivery, ensure health & safety compliance, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and accountability for project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Strategic planning, risk management, and commercial control
• Senior client and stakeholder engagement
• Team leadership and development

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Director (or equivalent senior level) on major construction projects (£50m+)
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with large-scale schemes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Chartered status, APM, CIOB)
