Project Manager / Development Manager Dún Laoghaire The CSR Group are working with a residential developer who is seeking a Project Manager / Development Manager for an office-based role in Dún Laoghaire. The position covers the full development lifecycle, from early-stage analysis and planning applications through pre-construction and construction delivery. Direct experience with a traditional residential house builder self-delivering at scale is essential. Package €95,000 €110,000 depending on experience. Working Hours Monday Friday: 09 00. Responsibilities Coordinate early-stage development analysis and project planning. Manage planning applications, consultants and design coordination. Drive pre-construction programmes, procurement planning and delivery readiness. Oversee construction-stage progress, budgets and quality alongside site teams. Identify project risks and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements Minimum four years experience working directly for a residential house builder self-delivering at scale. Strong understanding of traditional housebuilding and the self-delivery model. Experience coordinating design teams, planning processes and construction delivery. Strong commercial awareness, organisation and programme management skills. Confident communicating with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
