Project Delivery Lead - ERP/Integrations

We are supporting a large-scale Oracle Finance & Procurement transformation that is entering SIT, UAT and GoLive. While the core Oracle solution is largely delivered, the programme is facing delivery risk across the non-core landscape, including integrations and surrounding operational systems.
We are looking for a hands-on Project Delivery Lead to bring clarity, control, and momentum to a complex, multi-workstream environment.
The Role
You will be Embedded in the programme delivery team, acting as a central point of control and escalation across multiple domains and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Creating and maintaining a clear delivery overview across 10+ workstreams, 20+ product teams and 50+ integrations

Tracking and driving closure of open functional designs, issues, defects, dependencies and decisions

Chasing progress and ownership across business teams, IT, architects, SMEs and the system integrator (Cognizant)

Producing concise, senior-level reporting highlighting status, risks, bottlenecks and required decisions

Supporting SIT, UAT and GoLive phases, including issue resolution and prioritisation

Owning the GoLive mitigation list, including items deferred post-GoLive with clear business impact and owners

Balancing business risk versus technical lead times and escalating where delivery is at risk

Required Experience

Proven experience as a Project Delivery Lead/Project or Programme Manager on large ERP or business transformation programmes

Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems (Oracle or similar), particularly Finance, Procurement, Order Management and integrations

Demonstrated ability to stabilise or recover complex programmes with many interdependencies

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence challenging senior business and technical leaders

Highly skilled in clear, concise reporting for programme and senior management

Comfortable working in high-pressure GoLive environments
