Project Coordinator - Property Refurbishment & Maintenance

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Project Co-ordinator to lead refurbishment and maintenance across its Non-Housing property portfolio in Carmarthenshire. You will deliver programmes, manage budgets and engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
