Project Coordinator - Glazing & Home Improvement (Free Parking, Gym, Health Plan)

Rubicon People Partnership in Poole is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage installations from booking through to completion. You will be the calm, organised presence customers rely on, coordinating window and door projects and keeping clients informed by phone and email.

The role rewards reliability, strong organisation, and a solutions-focused approach within a small team. You'll support customers directly and work closely with the Customer Service Manager on site logistics.
