Project Controller

The Role

As a Project Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial success of diverse industrial projects, with budgets up to €2.5 million. You act as the financial co-pilot within multidisciplinary project teams, providing insights, analysis, and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.

The Responsibilities

• Develop clear and insightful financial reports and dashboards
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and proactively identify financial risks
• Optimize financial processes and systems for greater efficiency
• Collaborate closely with project managers and business unit leaders
• Maintain accurate and complete project administration from start to finish

The Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (HBO) in Finance, Business Economics, or Controlling
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a project controller, preferably in construction or engineering
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Metacom is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Fluent in Dutch
