We are a growing UK manufacturing business looking to recruit a highly organized and motivated Project Co-Ordinator to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client manufacturing projects. This is a key role, requiring strong communication, excellent organization and a determined mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate assigned projects from receipt of an order through to production and delivery
Plan, monitor and update project schedules, actions and milestones
Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
Track progress, identify risks and adapt plans as priorities change
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working
You will be:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels
Determined, proactive and driven to succeed
Able to prioritize your own workload effectively with minimal supervision
Able to take ownership of your role and genuinely want to make a positive impact
Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role is essential
Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
