Project Business Manager - Romandy Region

As a member of the sales team, you will support the Project Business Manager (m/f/d) - Romandy Region. You will accompany significant new construction projects, ensuring the integration of suitable roof windows to optimize light and ventilation. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and results-oriented individual as soon as possible. Key responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a client portfolio composed of architects, general contractors, and real estate investors.- Advise architects on the importance of light so they integrate our products into their new projects and sustainably increase market share.- Structurally develop the roof window market with sales advisors and ensure the follow-up of ongoing major projects, craftsmen, architects, as well as competitors, their products, and their sales strategies.- Conduct autonomous product presentations and coaching sessions on VELUX products and light, and participate in the implementation of actions and marketing campaigns, as well as relevant trade fairs.- Ensure activity tracking in the CRM and prepare offers in response to customer requests. Your profile:- Several years of experience in sales, a strong commercial sense, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Experience in the independent development and implementation of sales strategies.- Knowledge of architecture and construction plans; experience in this field or sector is a plus.- Reliability, analytical thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit.- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.- Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of systems. - Mastery of French and German, with good knowledge of English.
